It should come up and running, if its program did its job. As for 'barley', I guess storage isues would depend on what kind of coating was used. Most components have a very long shelf life. OBTW, what are the specs on this 'barley'? Are they measured in resistance, capacitance, voltage, whatever? I do not know that particular component name.
