Everything went as expected and Jerek was discharged Wednesday. We had to go back up to the hospital/clinic Thursday for chemo. Now he finally gets a few days off and away from that place. Next week will be another 4 days of chemo. Hopefully his counts will not drop as bad as they did this last time and hopefully we will not have any more hospital stays. Thanks again for all of the support and prayers.
 
Very good news. Am sure time at home will give you all a big lift in spirits...
 
Jerek is in my thoughts, I hope he doesnt have to stay anymore

Pleased to hear the latest news. Also just wanted to add that you have no idea how many other folks are going through issues of one sort or another and seeing positive news from folks like Jerek is uplifting to all who read this. Everyone is dealing with something- pls keep the news coming.
 
Whew........good to hear and hope all goes well in the next round. Mr. Jerek is a tough SOB. Feed him well and keep him happy until the next round....good spirits goes a long ways when things get rough.
 
Great news just in time for Father's Day weekend.
 
Back to the man cave and full surround sound home theater. Much better for mental health and physical recovery.
