I’ve been meaning to ask about some rumors of sand being put in the bays at Cggr. Any truth to this? If so, I may register. That rock is just a little too rough on my old, fat, out of shape ass.

They are building some new bays, but I've not heard about sand being added.

Is CGGR always late on submitting classifiers? Match was 2 weeks ago

It doesn't appear the HHF adjustments will affect mine much.
Which is kinda strange cause rumor was this was one of the ones that got a significant change.
The changes for Production are harsh. GM equivalent runs last week are only Master class runs this week.

Some. My current six would be 2-7% lower under the new HHF, I think one of them would be a class lower than where it is. IIRC the one we shot at CGGR that hasn't posted dropped about 5% 71 to 66.

Sucks the HHFs haven't been updated in ages so it's a big change and there's already compression at the top that it doesn't fix.

I shot an 85% on Six at Tilley's indoor match. Almost the same HF I shot this classifier in at Sir Walter some months back. Since it hasn't posted yet on USPSA's site it will post under the new HF update. According to USPSA calculator...its now a 77%. That's a 8% drop. Pucker Factor dropped 20%. It'll be hero or zero from me here on out. No more playing safe for match wins.

My most conservatively shot classifier ended up being 100%. You MAY hook up with a 0/hero run, but it may take longer to end up with a good one.

I need 2 85's for Master, or 1 95. What I don't need is 1 70-75% run. Conservative classifiers are out for me. Besides...im still getting used to the steel. Have not quite got my draw down yet, and stabbing the web of my hand with the beavertail is fun and extra interesting. When that is rock solid, I'll dial it down a notch.
