Guys, posting here to get more exposure. I know, its hard to believe that our little ham subforum doesn't get the same traffic. I know, I don't understand it either.
Anyway.. For my ham family and any one else planning the trip up to VA, the folks over on ARFCOM have developed some comms plans to implement should things go south or the cellular grid go down. See attached links. The telegram app is of particular interest, its been used in both Honk Kong and Iran during both recent protests.
