Vaquero work…

I bought a vaquero this winter and just got a holster and belt for it. It definitely is not as smooth as an older Blackhawk that I have so I was thinking about doing some work to it myself. Did the new hammer spring make the hammer easier to pull back? I’ve been dry firing with snap caps and I notice that sometimes I’m pulling the trigger before I’m getting the hammer the whole way back.

The fix is to move finger off trigger until safe and ready to fire. Or more simply , no firearm can reset the trigger when the trigger is being pulled. :)
