If you have a problem getting an appointment or waiting for treatment, benefits, or basically any problems you and your VA or service officer have a disagreement on that you have tried to get an answer with no results. Be aware that your VA will not appreciate you calling Washington, and if they give you a hard time about it, call right back to Washington and tell them what they said. Some of you may think this is petty stuff, but if your life is on the line, this may be your only alternative at this time. If I can help anyone in any way just let me know.

Thanks for the info brother! I don't have any service connected issues (plenty of non-connected issues!) but my wife suffered a traumatic brain injury in the line of duty. She's rated 100% due to unemployablility. The VA hospital here is good about 75-80% of the time but sometimes, not so good. This is a good resource to have.

So sorry for your wife, don't mean to be political, but truth is truth when they get rid of the Obama cronies, maybe it will get back the way it was.
