He's a politician, knowing anything about anything isn't required.

Forbes seems to have a lot of these 'zinger' videos on youtube, all sorts of really cringy stuff that happens in our crap government, and yet, no one seems to care. Or even if they do care, nothing seems to happen. If this is what makes it into public view, how bad is the stuff they do behind closed doors? Or is that where they're smart?
 
Evade and misdirection. As for the Ford CEO, he is spending $1.4B on tooling at the transmission plant to make the 10 speed unit jointly developed with Chevy.
 
How did this guy get appointed director? Did he face the same vetting process the last jack ass did? I missed all that if he did.

He is proud to talk up his six years as US Atty in Ohio under Obama but leaves out his time as a partner at BakerHostetler, serving as co-leader of the firm's national White Collar Defense and Corporate Investigations team for six years before Biden nomination.

WASHINGTON — The Senate voted 48-46 on Tuesday to confirm Steven Dettelbach to be the director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, making him the first permanent leader of the agency since 2015.

If that's all it takes to get a cush .gov job where I have no real responsibilities to do anything but can draw pay and gold plated benefits forever while being above the law... then I'll admit to wanting to touch another dude's pee pee.
