Federal, CCI, Remington and Winchester are the domestic manufacturers of primers according to a quick google search.

Seems they have a total of 15-1600 employees. No idea whether that covers multiple factories.

I've always found S&B ammo to be top grade. I had some of their .338 LM ammo and it shot really tight groups. I searched for info on their bullets and they were nearly identical to SMK's.
