Just finished this one up. I believe it's old westinghouse micarta ( but cannot verify) with ruby red and black G10 liners, bronze pins, 1084 carbon steel snuggled up to a Gen2 Glock 17. The spine is rounded with spaced out jimping. 7.5' oal , 3.25 blade.

Its crazy to think of a Glock as "Vintage".... but its true

Pretty neat set!

Really nice work! Thanks for sharing.

Can you explain "Westinghouse micarta"? Is it really old electronics material?

Yes, as I under stand it Westinghouse came up with that term and used it in electronics and electrical equipment as insulation board. It can be quite pricey - as seen on eBay especially if it’s marked. It makes a great knife handle and Small unique pieces are prized for custom folders.
Thanks!
