This last weekend, we took a friend of my parents who lives in AZ and is out this way visiting, shooting. We started with a .22, then moved to various handguns, and then finally yo what she really wanted to try: my wife's AR15. She kept calling it an assault rifle, despite my repeated corrections to the contrary, but one thing she did say was: "it's nothing like they portray in the movies".
