Got up early to prep the grill, slapped on the 22 pounds of meat at 0'dark thirty... missed @Chdamn bbq and brisket this year so needed to get my fix. Should be plenty for a couple days anyway. We either need a bigger grill, a second grill (my preference), or the wife to understand portion sizes when she buys something. Sun's up figured I'd check on it and put the probes in. Anybody else?
