VA has collaborated with the @usnationalarchives to digitize more than 1,800 vessels’ deck logs. The data contained in these deck logs is critical in determining qualifying ship locations in accordance with the Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veterans Act of 2019. This data allows VA to have each of these ships mapped with precision, providing a comprehensive view of their locations.
If Veterans, survivors or dependents have previously filed and were denied a claim, they can file a supplemental claim. VA encourages Veterans to work with an approved claims representative or VSO to determine if they qualify. Learn more: https://bddy.me/3j39KGk

this has helped a lot of guys become eligible for healthcare benefits, if you know someone let them know

I just started a claim for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia under PACT Act exposure during DS in ‘91.

This condition is 0 OR 100, no in-between from what I’ve read. I believe the difference is what stage you are. Stage 1 or higher is 100%.

I’m working w DAV.

Fingers crossed. I can really use a break here.

Are you enrolled for healthcare? Ds/ds service will get you right in and also credits you for the new toxic exposure.

I’m using my BCBS since the diagnosis, is enrolling for healthcare something I can do separate from my disability claim?
