I'm sorry fellas, I've been temporarily sidelined by a pericorneal ulcer. I will be getting back on this next week.

If I can, I will be there (depending on date). The one at Sneakymedic's farm a few years ago was a lot of fun.

well me and some others got a place just north of statesville and apparently the time we can use it is the 7th October. Just need to get the approval and details straightened out I guess unless someone else has a place, it seems some thought it was gonna be more than one day or whatever but if we went with the other place mentioned I'm not sure they'd want people camped out in their parking lot. The only other places mentioned was Denver defense and sneaky's and his place would only be available for the friday on the dates and the other we'd be paying and its all indoors. Myself I'd prefer outdoor shooting and long range for long guns.

@Matt.Cross a locked down place and date sure would be helpful. Not me in particular but some people need a month or so to schedule things like this. It's been 2 1/2 months to plan.

Eddie, good work, but I think that's too many variables. I voted for that date, and north of Statesville is perfect. Maybe you should give folks some detail on the place you've contacted (if you have and I missed it, sorry). I don't know what kind of shooting can be done at the Valley, if that's the place...but if it's not, some folks can bring their horses and ride, or their R/V's and camp, to make a weekend of it.

Well place is a privately owned place as far as posting place I feel it should be confirmed as what we'll go with before I put out details

Okay, excellent. That makes sense.

What is it that folks need to agree to, sir?

The date is fairly secure as the weekend of October 7th, there are minor details to be ironed out on securing the venue. If anybody can help us locate a paralegal or attorney who could draw up a liability waiver on behalf of the property owner, that would be immensely helpful.

Also, I need some volunteers (4-5 folks) to bring their grills and man them for meal preparation.

if I'm not mistaken we could find a simple liability waiver online that would be suitable for all our needs and would probably cover anything needed. I'll look and see what I can find no need for lawyer expense if not needed as I'm sure it wouldn't be complicated as what we and him are asking isn't complicated.

#6 in section 2 here: https://www.google.com/amp/s/legaltemplates.net/amp/form/release-of-liability-waiver/

Lots of other results just by searching "free liability waiver form"

ok so guess that part is fixed/taken care of. If as was mentioned someone wanted to come the night before and camp or Rv or whatever. Love valley is just a short ways from the farm. I guess that would mean we've got a go on it all then right?? We got the place to gather/shoot, if cooking is wanting to be done Covfefe says he'll bring his grill I'm sure getting grill won't be a problem I mean if I have to I could bring mine,I'm sure lee wouldn't mind dragging it up lol, if need be. If anyone wants to come up the night before or stay afterward there's love valley they have camp sites and all that. I think they even have horses not sure never been there. Now Matt has a liability form we can sign once there to cover our tails from ourselves and each other lol.

Love Valley, the "Cowboy Capital of North Carolina", is about 10min from our proposed site, according to googulag maps. Several options for accommodations can be found here. Regular hotel accommodations within ~30min in Statesville & Wilkesboro, for the city slickers.
