What 870 followers y'all using?

I have a few new manufacture base level 870s lying about that need screwing with. First to go is going to be these .02 cent plastic followers. Y'all have any brands and models you swear by? I've had to removed mag indents before, so I'm not afraid of that route.

I usually just roll with the standard production orange followers as I have never had one break. But at one time I did replace my home defense shotgun with one of the Vang Comp stainless followers. And I will admit, it is smooth in the mag tube. If not for the price, I would probably replace on some of my hunting shotguns.

I actually like the stock plastic ones. Metal ones are cool but if moisture gets in there it can create galvanic corrosion that can cause malfunctions.

Several of mine have Wilson/Scattergun tech. Several are factory. They're all plastic. Not a part I worry about.

All factory Remington for me. I have switched mag springs on my main duck gun but on all of them I own I've never had problem with the follower. They range from 1950's to the latest which is a 2014.

On the duck gun which is a Express Waterfowl model that I use for salt water hunting I switched the extractor to a Volquartsen because it was iffy with any steel based ammo. A steady diet of AA's worked fine but for some reason I can't use those in the marsh.

Ive used the factory and the wilson before...Never noticed a difference but the mention of moisture does have me wondering which one is my current model. Its a police magnum from the 90s era so whatever that came with is what im currently using.
