The Ms. was diagnosed with flu today. It was recommended that she drink this for her symptoms and cough. I also bought the last bottle of this in Angier. It tastes like cough syrup but maybe it will help her cough. I’ll keep y’all posted.

My 94 yo Grandma, who has never been drunk, ALWAYS keeps a bottle stashed (not sure who she is hiding it from...). Calls it her medicine. Mixes it with honey and heats it up a touch.

Playing bachelor for a week....still debating dinner for Friday...whilst drinking hoppy beers.

Highland Park full volume. Being an NC State fan makes me drink......

Some of this...first time I've seen it in my neck of the woods.

Got some Buffalo Trace too, it was on sale.

I’ve seen the original Monkey Shoulder which isn’t bad for the $. Is this a special edition or just a new label?

This one is interesting. Bunnahabhain isn't usually a peated whisky, but this one is. But to me, it doesn't have the peat smoke flavor that I would associate with Laphroig or Ardbeg. More of what I would call a wood smoke flavor. Different but good.
