What are you drinking?

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale (again) but this time in a can. Funny how beer tastes so much better, even the "same" beer, out of a bottle rather than a can.

Warming up for the Friday night fire pit!

Workin' my way through a 12-pk of Sierra Nevada's "4-Way IPA" variety pack.

I like big, HOPPY, in yer face IPAs, so the Torpedo's always a winner. The Black IPA is also really good, as is the German Style IPA. The fruity one's pretty good, too. Nice hoppy, IPA bite, but with just a hint of peach.

Oban "Little Bay". But I did eat a couple of Green Dark chocolate M & M's to celebrate St. Paddy's day.....

Best cheap IPA imo. $2.50 for a 24oz if I recall. At least last I saw it.

One of my favorite IPAs is Southern Tier 2X IPA, although my go to is the Bell's Two-Hearted!

Try Cigar City Jai Ali as it is becoming available here. Sounds like it's right in your wheelhouse!

A little Jamesons to help me concentrate on my feeble attempts at smithing.

The last of a bottle of Bushmills and enough Tullamore to make a drink. Each are much better separately then they are mixed. Yuck! But I finished getting the taxes ready to go to the CPA so I'm due one.

IPA man myself. Try AMBs Long Leaf, it is canned, but good. Booneshine IPA another good one. Not crazy hoppy, but balanced. The southern and western style IPAs from Highland breweing are good too...the original Stone ruination IPA was one of my favs, but they went and changed it on me. My favorite you cant get here..,Ninkasi's total domination..if you see it ever, buy it. Same with russian rivers blind pig..man.,getting thirsty now..

I lucked out today. I asked if they had any Blanton's in. As I always do and they chuckle. He said nope, but there's some Buffalo Trace. Happy, happy, joy, joy. :D

Sometimes you find .22LR and sometimes you don't.

Got the sickness/cough/lung crud....so, I'm sipping on a nice little mix of 'shine, honey, and lemon juice tryin to burn it out lol

Had a visit with two Scotmen this weekend. They said I need to add a little water to the Scotch- like others here have said. As a Bourbon guy, that is crazy talk!!
But I will try.

So on the menu tonight:

Ok, that helped a lot. But I need to go back and try it straight just to make sure it was just the water and not just a Scotch I like, lol.

All in the name of science...

Well, this one is good by its self!! Got to put on the tour...

Now some of these others I got need to be tested with water...

Oban!

Oddly, I'm drinking Vodka. I'm usually a whiskey drinker but I really like this vodka w/ Coke Zero.
