What guilty food pleasures are you indulging in during lockdown?

Ever since I was a little kid this is my Comfort food.
So I went off the diet a few times and enjoyed a can.
 
I'll start on those on April 13 when they go to half price?

Your faith that the Kung Flu will not interrupt the flow of the precious cargo saddens me. Indulge today Brother:D

Gustafs Strawberry string licorice has been nice...the first two weeks I was basically easting everything...now my appetite has returned to about normal and I am not really snacking as much anymore. Too busy chasing 4 kids AND trying to keep my job.
 
Since I am up at 6 or 7 every morning, I got the 30 count box of frozen sausage patties. Usually have one for breakfast. Sausage, egg and cheese sandwich homemade bread or in an omlet.
Wife gets eggs or oatmeal around 9 ish, usually still in bed.

I had 3 Peppermint Patties for breakfast this morning!

Yes, you read that right......so sue me! LOL.

They were delicious, and they made me feel better. Briefly.

We bought a big bag of Reese's/Kitkats. Reese's are addictive! We never have stuff like that in the house. Wife is a diabetic so just one of those things we normally do not do. I keep a big bag of Peppermint Patties in my Load Shed fridg. One bag of those will last three to five months.
 
Finally making the crack corn today. It should be ready about lunchtime.

also, I have confession. I'm not a very vein or insecure person, but I intentionally left out of my original post, that part of he indulgence is to put 'whipped cream' on it, haha. its soo GDFG I am not poetic enough to describe it adequately....butter is next in queue.
 
Interestingly enough, I am eating AS THOUGH it were the apocalypse, but the reality is, I could just keep going to the store and buying what I would normally eat lol. WTF is up with that? Some weird mind games going on. I mean seriously, Brens pizza still delivering, WTF am I eating Campbells extra chunky sausage gumbo? Im getting FATTER, because my choleric intake is that of a person who is about to go dodge zombie and raid what's left of warehouses 25 miles away, but really, im just sitting around all day with all the 1st world comforts of electric, climate control, vehicles, music, internet, computers phones lol....I gotta get out of this funk.
 
Yo, Mallowmars are the real deal. though admittedly not as good as they used to be. Not sure if my palate changed or the quality of global supply chain derived ingredients altered their taste..either way, still A+ junk food by my [low] standards :)

I agree, made in Canada, the chocolate is different.
 
Milk Duds and Bit-o-honeys..............and lots of Wright bacon (meat candy).

Both my wife and I have been cooking more - it's what I do with my commute time. Eating lots of almonds (which I did already). One or two more omelets per week.
 
So I posted earlier about baking applied pies. Gluten free apple pies in fact (wife and I are both gluten intolerant.)

Baked in a cast iron skillet. Man they are good.

So I had a little crust dough left over from Sundays apple pie. Took it out of the fridge just now, rolled it out, cut it in strips, rolled in sugar and cinnamon and fried in coconut oil. Then tossed in powdered sugar....

Tastes like funnel cake.
 
This evening I ate cold Chef Boyardee ravioli out of the can, standing over the sink while staring blankly out the kitchen window..............
Either this is the beginning of an, as yet, unreleased Edgar Allen Poe short story, or I need to run.
