What have you recently purchased that is firearms related?

Rolled thru LGS snagged 2 G19 mags for 25.00& ordered up a SBA3 brace for my fall ar build that I’m pulling parts in for...

Yep, @Sas quatch and I split a case of 6000. A very heavy box, with all 6000 loose inside the box. Yes, I counted them. Yes, it came to EXACTLY 6000.

Thanks, @Butter , that was an awesome deal!
Forget that nonsense! I split mine by weight. 7lb 15.6oz per K when split evenly which works out to 55,825gr. Close enough for me.
But thanks for the reassurance that the count was correct.

LOL. Just so you know, I don't have a good scale for that purpose, just an old spring-type 10lb scale, only good for letting me know if I am in the ballpark. I have on my todo list to get a decent electronic scale with a count feature.

I also have a good method for counting in a reasonable amount of time. I use a 50 round loading tray, with holes small enough to hold only one bullet in each hole. I dump a bunch of bullets on top until all the holes are full, then shake off the excess - takes less than 10 seconds to count 50 that way.

Ahhhh, ok. Good call on the reloading tray. I was picturing you sitting there counting one by one, getting interrupted and starting back over at least once haha.
I use a 75lb postal-type scale which is accurate to 0.2oz or 87gr.

This one was a real life unicorn for me. Only 150 ever imported. :D

Not my style but nice score. CZ is king if the “Limted” import runs. If you look around you will see anywhere from 100-250 quoted for these.

Who did the custom work?

View attachment 205772 Biased like for yours! I searched for 2 years to find mine.

Yours is a polished stainless and are still a factory production gun. CZ will make more of those.
His, like mine, is a nickel plate that was a very limited run and will probably never be produced again.

Unfortunately Esmeralda is no longer making grips for compact CZs, so now not only is your gun collectible your grips are too! :D:(
Damn...I didnt realize.
I got hers because Hakan Pek wouldnt answer any emails.
Not sure if he's,still making them or not, but the ones of his I saw were spectacular

Cheapo CVLife reflex red dot. Think I’m going to try it on the 410 firearm build.

Dropped off the 410 upper today (paid for label yesterday) at the USPS to have Nick @ ECCO cut it down and rethread it.
Bought a second one of these red dots yesterday...will put in on my son’s airsoft gun.

The 410 upper that was shipped off on 4/4 is due back here on 4/20. :D

Well damn. Had to add another Sig. This time, a P229 .40 from AIM Surplus. Was in stock earlier, then sold out by the time I input my info. Buddy txt me and said they were showing in stock again, so I got an order through. He went and looked and showing out of stock again. I guess I may or may not get it.

He was my first choice, he made some grips for a delta elite for me a few years ago that were stunning, he hasn’t answers any of my emails either, hasn’t been active on the CZ forum for over a year so I am not hopeful.
