Thats one of the reasons we like em lol.
As far as that 97 goes, hope you got big ol meathooks. I have little girl hands and the grip circumfetence and trigger reach are right at my outer limit.
 
The latest Speer #15 loading manual. May take a while for me to get used to the new layout, but in thumbing through quickly last night, there is some new information about the various calibers, like the max distance they will travel when aimed at a certain angle. Did you know 44mag can travel 2300 yards?

Not a purchase but I sent a a forged frame MKIII to Ted Yost. A year from now I should be getting something like this. A Signature Grade I minus the beavertail and the checkering. I have to go with stippling because he can't checker over the serial number.

Picked up some Mecgar 17 and 19 rounds mags for my CZ75s using the $10 of $75 with free shipping from Brownells. I then turned around and bought 4 Mecgar 13 rounders for my BHP using the same coupon. I will send the base plates to Ted Yost so he can bevel them and reblue the to match the gun he is working on for me.

Then I picked up a C&S extended safety for the BHP to send to Fords so they can refinish it in master blue along with the C69 BHP they already have. I think that was enough for one day.
 
Picked up some G-96 and some 38 cal. (bullets) 125gr XTP and 158gr XTP. Time to work up some loads.
 
I was off work today and I picked up an AR pistol upper from a fine young man here in the area. And, then later this afternoon the big brown truck brought me another upper. This time it was a 16 inch carbine upper. Now I can get 2 of these lowers completed into something I can shoot.
 
LOK orange grips for a new CZ75B. Nothing like I thought I was buying from the website. That website has pictures like a damn cartoon. Dull orange instead of shiny reflective.
