yeah i block but i think they are spoofed so i doubt blocking actually does anything

You'd be lucky if that's all that happened. Not only would it be a wartch, it would be a diseased wartch that would give your mobile device an incurable case of an electronic STD.

I suspect they use that link to exploit some security vulnerability in your web browser to get information of yours they shouldn't have. Same as opening attachments on emails.

I get a lot of these. Luckily Verizon autosorts them to Spam.

Funny because I don't have an Illinois license despite keeping my Illinois phone number. Also funny because IDOT doesn't issue licenses, Secretary of State does.
