What's for breakfast?

Well, got called into work last night at dinner time so I didn't get a chance to post pics of my barbecue chicken cooked on top of stove with smashed potatoes and fried cabbage so I thought I'd post a picture of breakfast this morning. More of those homemade cheese buttermilk biscuits, slow cooked cheese grits (two type cheese, cheddar and cream), bacon and over easy eggs.

My daughter consumes the most of the bacon and my wife the biscuits. I eat little bacon. The grits in a bowl with the over easy egg stirred into them is my weakness.

I could eat that meal 3 times a day, 7 days a week.

I would like to eat like that. But, by the end of a week my A1C wouid be sky high. Sky high is really high!
