Chicken breast and wings, roasted Parmesan cheese coated squash, mushroom stuffed tortellini withParmesan cheese pasta salad, cheddar rolls, and grilled peaches..... and a glass of white Zinfandel wine. :)

At my new house, Sunday is "Serve Momma" day, so I fixed my dear, long suffering wife ( Long suffering, by being married to a brain damaged 0311 Jar Head) dinner....So, I fixed:
Cod Loins, prepared with; Olive Oil, Roasted Garlic, salt and black pepper.
Rice with Couscous.
Creamed Spinach....

Followed by a thorough cleaning of the kitchen, so she need not worry with it.

I think she liked it quite well...God bless her for putting up w/ my sheot!!

Smoked baby back ribs, cole slaw and Cajun garlic smashed potatoes.

That looks pretty good Don. After last nights' spicey Korean meal and training today, we did breakfast for dinner with bath and pillow to follow very shortly.

IMG_3039.JPG Dinner at the Paulaner in Wiesbaden tonight...yeah, almost 2230 here right now. Jägerschnitzel with brown mushroom gravy, fried potatoes and salad...and hefeweizen.

Important question...

How will the asparagus be prepared?

She puts the asparagus in a ceramic pan and drizzles olive oil on them. A little salt and pepper baked for about 20 minutes or so at 350. Also during the baking period shake them around a little to make sure the oil gets around them and they cook all the way.

Good to hear. So many bad ways to make it. That definitely aint one of them!

Have you tried them on the grill the same way? Just don't over cook them.

Yes I've done them on the grill before. But unless I'm cooking something else on the grill I guess I'm too lazy to do it that way just for them. :)

Tonight, We don't usually get takeout but tonight we are from our local Thai restaurant. Spring rolls, and then Pad Thai. It's Thailand's National dish. It's rice noodles sauteed with egg, bean sprouts, green onions in Pad Thai Sauce Topped with ground peanuts. We also have them add pork to the dish.

For me, buffalo hot wings with bleu cheese dressing. My daughter had a cheeseburger with some crispy on the outside, velvety on the inside tater tots. My wife had the garlic burger with obscenely large onion rings.

All this was at the Pineville Tavern in, uh, Pineville. This place is owned by a member and I recommend it if you're looking for some awesome bar food.

I know this is a dinner thread, but here's what happened to last night's hot wings from the Pineville Tavern. No, @BurnedOutGeek, it's not the same as earlier this morning. Lol.

The only thing I added that's not pictured is a liberal dousing of my homemade peach habanero sauce.

I'm doing a few Vortex legs today. I've got me a heavy dose of Kickin Chickin on four and the others are for women and sissies.

I just started on some "bbq." I have a butt in the instant pot and my homemade sauce simmering on the stove.

I'll demeat the bone, then pour the sauce over it and mix it by hand, tearing the meat into tiny bits as I go. This style is mostly for sammiches, but very tasty. The family loves it.

I can't figure out what to cook in that thing. I'm still trying to figure that out.

Ha! That's why I didn't jump on it first. Maybe you could do a lasagna or a casserole type dish on the grill. Smoked ziti and meatsauce?

Edit! We are so dumb. ...

....smoked mac 'n' cheese with bacon!!!!
