11 ounces of ground beef, 2 cans of corn and a can of tomato paste. Mixed up and heated in a skillet then seasoned with taco mix.

Last night I made spaghetti with Alfredo sauce, chicken breast, and broccoli.

Tonight, Spring rolls, and then Pad Thai. It's Thailand's National dish. It's rice noodles sauteed with egg, bean sprouts, green onions in Pad Thai Sauce Topped with ground peanuts. We also have them add pork to the dish.

Me and a driver were talking today about making dinner and I decided I was gonna make breakfast. Then chip beef gravy came up and lord I haven't had it in 20 years. So biscuit and gravy, bacon, pepper jack omelet. I got one biscuit almost down before the kids started asking questions and wanting to try them. That was the end of that.

Cooking today to have leftovers for tomorrow. I started off with some peppered bacon for the burgers.



I had the rest of last week's brats, some cheese dogs, and some angus burgers.



I still had some hot charcoal so I threw on a pan of brownies.

Buffet line at private Halloween party at Cherokee. Sirloin, chicken, shrimp, scalloped taters, salads, sides.

It was one of the better buffet lines I've been to (and I go to a lot of conferences & trade shows where buffet dinners are common).
