What's for dinner?

It was a grill night for us...Ribeyes with a Brazilian spice rub, corn on the cob roasted in butter and garlic, seasoned red/orange/yellow peppers with a hint of jalepeno, baked potatoes in the oven.
Damn, Im glad grill weather is back

Thank looks really good! BTW, it’s always grill season. :)

Had the inlaws over and I did a couple Spatchcock chickens on the Kamado. Potatoes in the cast iron skillet with melted cheddar, bacon and jalapeños.

I sipped some Woodford while they roasted. :D

It's a scientific/historical fact that the overcoat was invented so the prehistoric cook could tend the meat over the fire outside the cave on days of cold/inclement weather!!

Dinner looks & sounds great. Hey Mods, when are we going to get the Aroma software upgrade??

Spicy boneless pork loin with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.

I have no idea at this point. Today was Mother/Daughter day shopping the local ethnic markets. There are many ingredients here, but no solid plan. Perhaps something Mediterranean/Middle Eastern/Asian?

Sauté and throw on flatbread with feta. Good to go! [emoji41]

I made stir fry here with leftover roast pork loin. Made a sauce with hoisin, fish sauce, plain stir fry sauce, soy sauce, sugar, corn starch and water. Turned out good. I of course piled mine on with Thai hot chili paste.

Alas, nothing too adventurous. Amongst today's purchases was a whole beef tenderloin. Spouse is grilling filets and I'm tossing a salad.
