Atkins Stone Fired Pepperoni frozen pizza in the air fryer.

I added a dash of hot sauce and a little shredded cheddar on top. Set the AF to 400 for 8 minutes:

Garam masala curried stew with coconut milk and jasmine rice. And burn your face off hot sauce too of course...

Traeger chilli... if I don't get too drunk to remember it's on the grill... we'll see...
 
Burgers and scalloped taters tonight.

But...chicken is in the brine. Tomorrow is fried chicken, pimento mac and spinach souffle. I can't wait. I have been craving fried chicken for weeks.
 
Home made chicken salad:
  • diced thigh and leg meat from the whole chicken roasted earlier in the week;
  • chopped pistachios;
  • sliced red seedless grapes;
  • mayo, salt & pepper.
I like toast; my better half prefers some sort of cracker.
 
That looks like something my wife would eat, considering she loves spaghetti sandwiches.

My dinner was a can of vienna sausages with chic fil a dipping sauce.

Being the that the gravy is made from bacon grease, I'd recommend eating them sparingly.

But they are dang good.

Asian influenced Halibut with baby bok choy, sweet peppers, orange zest, shallots and sugar snap peas cooked in parchment paper. Prep work complete will post a follow up pic.

Tonight, Cauliflower baked with Caramelized Onions, Garlic, and olive oil. Then mixed with Whole Wheat Pasta. Romano Cheese.Cali & onions, 004.JPG
 
I should have taken a picture. It was a thing of beauty. First decent meal I've had since going ketogenic. 80z fillet, sauteed spinach with garlic and mac-n-cheese made with cauliflower. Yum, yum!
 
Daughter's 40th b'day today. We're having her favorites for dinner.

Chicken with pastry dumplings, fried asparagas (no fresh okra this time of year), salad with avacado ranch and pineapple upsidedown cake.

I will try to get pics before the gang gets to the trough.
 
Not sure and don’t care because this just came out of the oven.

500g flour (1/3 whole wheat)
340ml water
10g salt
1/2T yeast
Some maple syrup with yeast

Bulk ferment for 2 hours. Shape and rest 90 min. 10 min at 450. 25 min at 400.

I’m new to bread making but wife got a KitchenAid for Xmas so I’m breaking it in. Nice using it to knead. Any bread makers here have a fave recipe?
