Turned it into bbq nachos.
Wife made lasagna with hot sausage and ground beed instead of just ground beef.

18 hour smoke for this one. I'm not buying anything less than Prime anymore. This one was Choice. The burnt ends were great but the flat was dry. I still managed to eat it though!
I grilled a pork loin with a garlic/black peppercorn rub, boiled peas with some leftover onion, grilled asparagus tossed in butter and parmesan, and a grilled jalepeno.
Wifey grabbed these chocolate cupcakes with a cookies and butter cream frosting topped with an oreo from the bakery today for desert.
Spatchcocked chicken on the weber. I might not do chicken any other way again. Need to try and fit two of them next time. Came out amazing, had the tenderness of rotisserie chicken.
St. Louis cut of ribs going no the smoker shortly. 2nd cook on the new toy.
2 hours in.
Lighting makes them look darker than they are. Came out very good. I usually use a water pan and a Texas crutch, but didn’t really need that with these. Just basted a few times.
Birthday dinner for my wife. Boneless pork chops, mashed sweet potatoes, and peas. Her three favorites.

cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, anditalian seasoning and I think that's it.
Put it on high for 2.5 hours, then on low for 5 more.
I'll try it out tomorrow for lunch. If it sucks then I'll keep on eating till it's gone. If it's good I'll try it again with some minor mods
Some brined, smoked salmon.
Dried it out before hitting the smoker.
Threw some ribs on about 4 hours ago.
Took some chopped steaks, dipped in egg then coated with asian shake n bake, fried in EVOO and made a sandwich on a white bolillo roll. A little teriyaki mayo topped it off.

First antelope meal since getting back from Wyoming. Pot roast with carrots over mashed potatoes. Gravy was made with antelope stock as well.
Marinated some chicken breasts in a lime juice, soy sauce, chili pepper, red pepper flake, and ginger marinade. Used some marinade to baste em with while grillin.
They turned out great...
