Needing a few things for a "Glock" setup, namely a sight tool, torque wrench, and the special glock channel liner. Really looking for value, get the best I can for less moneys, as I'm just hobbying really.

Torque wrench is for optics, so one that does inch/lbs and can use it for scope rings and mounts is always good to.

Midway
Brownells

Even Cabela's has some decent stuff on the shelf, like the Wheeler line of tools. Wheeler has a torque wrench set. Avid seems to have decent economy tools. I have an Avid combo punch and sight tool I like.

Brownells has an excellent selection of gunsmithing tools.
But many "basic" tools can be had in many other places.
I prefer to buy quality tools,, even if I'm just being a hobbyist. Buy once,, cry once. And if I need to sell, quality sells quicker & for more money. Never want to damage a $500 gun with a $2 screwdriver.
