Where to buy decent peaches

The peach lady’s husband is still out on the corner by the coffee shop in Waxhaw. Don’t know how good they are but the gotta be better than the crap in the stores.

One SC orchard has a booth at the Dallad flea market every weekend. The 2nd row from the road. Under the covered area

If you are down toward Wadesboro, stop at Peaches & Cream on Hwy 74, west of Wadesboro. Calvin Phillips is the owner and grows them. They also make their own ice cream and usually have a couple types of fresh cobbler in the oven.

The little fruit stand on Providence (or whatever Providence is called in Marvin) between Rae and Bonds Grove had all sorts of peaches and plums the other day. And the best blackberries I've ever eaten.
