Where to post a wanted ad? There's a gun that I'm very interested in that's close by but the forum police won't allow me to reply b/c I don't post all the time. I posted a WTB ad but it was immediately taken down. Looking forward to replies if anyone here is allowed to actually reply to a post.

Where's the wanted section? I can't find it and don't see my post in my content section.

No wonder I couldn't find that link, or see where my post had moved in my content section.

Oh well. I'll go find my guns somewhere else. Not worth the trouble.

Maybe replying to all of this mess will lead towards actually being able to reply to a post about buying a gun. :) but honestly though. I literally don't have permission to view the wanted page. not even to see my own post that was moved there.

I created this thread to figure out where my post was moved to. Just to discover that I don't have authority to view wanted ads, and it was removed from my content section. your admins here are extremely helpful. lmao Saint Felicia is a good one though. I gotta admit.

The admins here are trying to cut down on people being scammed. Sorry you don’t seem to understand that after complaining here, and complaining to an admin via pm.

Hang in there. Your post is visible to the rest of us, so anyone who has what you're looking for can start a private conversation with you.
 
When this forum was started the founding members (There was a bunch but some kind if falling out happened because half no longer own the side) said that the members would always have a say. So let’s see if that gets shot down. I say lift the post Minimum for new members. Each person on here needs to protect THEMSELVES from scammer. If you really think these new rules are needed you need to give up all your guns and let the police protect you😎

It's not about complaining about posting x # of times to be able to reply. again.. it's:
1. I wasn't complaining to an admin, i asked a question.
2. I did what I thought I was supposed to do and created a post which was moved to an area that I don't have permission to view.
3. I created this post to ask where to find my post that was moved and was immediately responded to with a useless comment.
4. The rest is history.
5. @barf you are too late! @Mitch Rapp beat you to it. Although Friday is one of the greatest movies of all time.

I'll fit right in! I didn't say I was leaving btw! I said I'd go find my guns somewhere else. I'm not sure a Walther PPK is worth this much effort. lol

Here's an olive branch...

1. Noone here can reply inside the actual bst post. All rhat must be done by pm.
2. As youve been informed, there is a relatively low post count required to be able to initiate a pm.
3. The scammer rash we had used the WTB section to send targeted messages to members, so the ability to view that section was restricted. The ability to view WTB posts should open up for you at the same time your ability to pm opens up.

This is how I understand it to be.
If you still can't see the WTB section after being able to pm, message our resident IT guy @amnesia directly and he should be able to straighten it out.

If I'm incorrect about any of this, I'm sure I'll be corrected by one of the staff members...and you'll be able to see the correct info, too
