Which scope for my marlin 22 mag

I want a new scope for my marlin 883 and have narrowed it down to burris droptine 3-9x40 or the nikon pro staff 3-9x40 refurbished scope. Both are $130. Anyone use either of these scopes? I always wanted to try a burris scope out but have always went leupold but don't want to spend $200 on a Scooe for this gun
