Why can't I find aero precision uppers in stock?

I'd really love an aero precision 8inch fde 300 blk upper and factory complete lower but they've been out of stock for months now. Anyone have a lead on one?
 
I noticed most brands of .300 black out are out of stock right now.
 
I don't trust myself to build it. Plus, I would need to invest in the everything that goes into building one. I have zero faith in my AR building skills.

Let me rephrase. Buy the damn parts, bring it to me with a 6 pack, and I'll build it!

Seriously I've got all the tools now including the vice blocks, Magpul Bev block, etc. I can knock it out quick, maybe 20 mins depending on the handguard you chose.

Take @JRHorne up on his offer. You're far better off building exactly what you want than searching high and low for it. Aero parts and BA barrels are plentiful and the deals are beyond tempting!

I'd totally take you up on that offer. Im not even sure where to start on the parts list. I think I saw a sticky around here.

I'll help you out. What's your ideal upper spec? You said FDE, 300blk, 8" bbl. handguard length? MLOK, keymod, quadrail? Slimmest handguard possible, need to fit suppressor inside? Std or adjustable gas block?

Would need to fit a suppressor inside. Gas block would need to work with 300 blk subsonics. I really don't know how to tweak the gas system. I like the atlas handguards that aero has. I'm really open to anything but quadrail.

Barrel nut (standard or whatever handguard needs)

It looks like the Atls is too slim to fit a suppressor.

I'd get one of the M4E1 combos which allow the handguard to mount directly to the upper rather than a special barrel nut that needs to be timed.

My suppressor will be dedicated. I'm thinking the handguard will go almost to the end to cover the suppressor.

I may pin and weld it so it's a one stamp rifle.

Gotcha, so you'll probably want the 15" handguard version of what I linked above. 8" barrel + 9" suppressor, which should work really well if you do decide to have it be removable because you'll have a couple inches to still grab the can or you can simply unscrew the 4 bolts holding the handguard on if it's really stuck or the muzzle device comes off.
The "added length" measurement is counting you already having a muzzle device installed, a little misleading IMO.

IMO, think about how much can you want under the handguard. They get very very hot and will quickly heat up the handguard if the whole can is under it.
You might consider leaving a bit of the end of the can exposed to catch any breeze it can catch. Although 300blk might run cooler than 5.56.
