Was sitting in the blind and had a group of three walk in, waited for the bigger to turn, stuck arrow through her and this is where it takes a turn.
She was hit and it was a through and through. She starts taking off up the hill, goes about 50 yards and starts to stumble. Then less then 3-5 seconds a Bobcat comes out of no where and starts the chase. I just waited, called the wife to come track it. I know that seems like an odd thing but sometimes I cant find my socks in the morning, and she is an expert at finding things I can’t.
It was pushed about 400yards with a THICC blood trail489030D1-0046-4418-B159-76A83A970528.jpeg940D3620-2240-47C0-897C-FB3CEBBE1842.jpegE475F18D-F796-4569-8A1B-F95DAE8D4E85.jpeg28F1F1B9-FB45-4610-9B29-5E9FDC26D1F1.jpeg743D0FED-654B-4966-9B64-C9C1BC7546D1.jpeg364D7C86-3AB6-4E61-8AE5-C551E81A4DFB.jpeg

Awesome!

Don't be shy about getting the womens help to track. It's been scientifically proven that most females can see more variations/shades of red than most men. Really helps when tracking in leaves.

She has found a few for me, and can spot blood at a much faster pace then I can. It’s truly impressive to watch.

As for the bobcat it’s been on the hit list for three years, i took a shot at her 2 years shot with a muzzle loader and had a dead cap.

I think I just answered why we need to get a power lift / hoist.
