1934/1935 Winchester 67-22 restored.

This is belongs to my business partners grandfather. He just inherited it and it had seen better days. It was so rusty you couldn't read the barrel and it only half worked.

All the chrome on the bolt was eaten off with rust and the stock was dried out, chipped and dented.

So I took all the metal off and gave it to my buddy muskrat. He sandblasted and cerakoted everything.

i refinished the stock. I decided not to make it new because of the history so I stripped it, cleaned it up, steamed out the heavy dents and then clear coated it, leaving the imperfections that tell the guns story.

Tony did a great job for a fair price on the metal. Very impressed.

Love it. I have one my Dad got in a trade when I was a kid and since it was a single shot, I ended up with it. Love how they cock and the huge safety. The one I have is still in pretty good shape for a used gun and still totally functional. I still break it out on occasion to shoot, but the iron sights are tough on my old eyes. Mine is still very accurate, for a gun that was probably never cleaned until a few years ago.
