Winchester Lake City?

Got an e-mail this morning from Natchez Shooters Supply advertising Winchester Lake City 5.56 ammo.

I don't really pay alot of attention to ammo for my EA-15. It's the gun I use the least, but that got my attention since I've not seen it before. I thought that Lake City was a Federal branding thing.

I need to top off the supply since I have some people coming for a visit that will want to go shooting. Jersey boys that don't normally get an opportunity.

Is this stuff any good? I'll need to replenish after their range trip. Or ahead of time.

looks like Winchester was smart and just bought a bunch of LC brass. From what I gather, Lake City is a Federally-owned facility staffed and managed by Vista/Federal Ammo currently.

I've gotten some Winchester 5.56 lately at Walmart and it has LC headstamps so should be GTG.
