Anyone run the Witt SME? It a non class 3 sound mitigation device that directs pressure away from the shooter and towards the target. Makes AR pistols pleasant to shoot. It’s a cool product.

Are you asking for opinions or recommending this to others?

If you’re soliciting opinions… IMO, it’s an expensive flash can with generous marketing. Less expensive flash cans on the market, if that’s what you want. Or put the money towards a silencer
 
I’ve tried lots of flash cans, this is the only one I’ve found that really tames a 10.5” .223 for my ears around cover. It’s not a suppressor obviously, but from behind the gun, it sure does make a big difference. I tried the JMAC BDS and it did okay at redirecting sound, just nowhere near as much as the SME, to my ears anyway. The JMAC is a lot cheaper, but I prefer the looks of the longer can. My wife can tell a big difference from inside the house when I shoot out back with the SME, so I guess it works. I think the price tag is worth it, especially since I refuse to shoot subsonic .223. Just my experience though.
