Worming Chickens

Diatemecious Earth in a bowl with chicken feed or scratch will work. Just don’t let it get wet or the DE doesn’t work.

I have one chicken that don't act right, used the D-EARTH and all the chickens are doing great except that one. The comb on her head seems to be off color and laying down, anything I can do for her.

are your chickens kept in a pen without being free range?

Sounds like she's broody.

Dinner

Does her comb usually stand up and is bright colored? Now it's pale or off colored, laying over and she's laying around a lot? That doesn't sound like a broody hen to me, that sounds like a sick hen. It could be a number of things but since you mentioned worming we'll stay on the digestive system. Look into Coccidiosis, it can present itself similar to worms but the treatment is different.
All the other birds are healthy though?
