I remember this article (dating back to 2015) where an M2 .50 went through Anniston Army Depot and was discovered to be one of the original receivers. Still chugging along after 90 years...

The Army found a Browning M2 .50 caliber still shooting perfectly after 90 years

“Looking at the receiver, for its age, it looks good as new and it gauges better than most of the other weapons,” said John Clark, a small arms repair leader.
