Could you re-phrase the question please??? 80% leads me to think AR but Huntsman barrel says .22 rimfire Colt. I'm a little more than confused, which is nothing new...
 
I highly doubt you'll find an off-the-shelf 80% Colt Woodsman frame. I don't think there's any legal ramifications of using a store-bought Barrel on a homemade gun if you don't sell it once it's complete.
 
It shouldn't be any different than any other 80% lower assembly. An AR or a Glik both use manufactured barrels. Oh, and if/when you find that Colt 80% frame alert us so we can get one also....
 
I wouldn't think there would be any legal issues as long as you don't sell it. The 80% build kits use way more drop in manufactured components than just a barrel, think of starting with just a barrel as a 5% build kit.
