I’m going to do something I never thought I’d do, and put a silencer up for sale.

I have a never-been-fired YHM Nitro 30 registered to one of my trusts. It cannot be transferred to your dealer with a Form 3 since I’m not a SOT. But I can sell it to anybody in NC (individual or entity) using a Form 4. I can even sell it to somebody that’s 18-20 years old, so this could be a great opportunity for anybody in that range.

The Nitro comes in a case with a QD adapter and a 5/8-24 direct thread adapter. It has an anchor brake installed and also has a .30 flat end cap. Both wrenches and the little bag are included.

It does not have a muzzle device with it, as there wasn’t one when I bought it. I do have a 5/8-24 muzzle brake I bought to use with this that’s been installed but never fired.

I had this dedicated to a 16” 300BLK AR, but I rarely ever shoot that gun. I just had three of my Form 1 cans recored, and am getting them Cerakoted FDE to match the FDE furniture on my 300BLK hosts...so this silencer is just going to collect dust.

I will be glad to help anybody that wants it with the paperwork, including photos and fingerprints. It’ll work best if your local to me in the Charlotte/Concord/Huntersville area, but we can handle most of it by mail if needed.

$425 for the Nitro and accessories.
$475 if you want the brake.

I’ll be flexible on payment, as you can’t take immediate possession. I’ll hang on to it until the stamp is approved. Pay for it up front, split the amount in half, or four $100 payments. Cash, money order, and even a couple ways we could do credit card if you want to earn some kind of points.

You’ll pay for the $200 tax stamp directly to the ATF when the Form 4 is mailed in. They take check, cashier’s check or money order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and even Diner’s Club.

Pretty firm on price, as that’s what I paid for it (ad from THSF still on the first page) and it’s in the same condition as when I bought it.

You can have the shins that are on it, but a new set wouldn’t hurt in case you need more. That should be your only expense other than the silencer and tax stamp.

If you want to set up a trust, the last one I did came from www.thetrustshop.net. Everything is done online and price is $49. Very easy to do.

    Any questions, let me know.

And it's not possible for someone in SC to purchase this. Is that correct?

And for those thinking about this, I have one and it's one of my favorites. Admittedly, I don't own many to compare it to, but I am pleased with its performance.

    It’s absolutely possible.

But it’s a $200 Form 4 from me to an FFL (doesn’t have to be a SOT) in SC, then another $200 Form 4 from that FFL to you.

But if you happen to hold an FFL...I guess it would only be the one transfer.
