I guess I should have been more specific with my question. But you answered like I should have asked @Miss Lily, but it doesn't appear to be may fryers on here besides us.Depends on what I'm frying.
Chicken...Lard*
Potatoes...Beef tallow*
Green tomatoes...Bacon fat & butter*
All others...peanut oil or coconut oil
*these dishes are special and happen only 2-3 times per year and definitely not on the same plate.
Full synthetic?Mobil 1 works great, but the aftertaste takes some getting used to.
