Your screen name?

I should post my gently used Speedo in the BST I guess....

There's a market for those on the Dark Web, but I would strongly advise against a F2F sale. Some people you just don't want to meet. Just don't wash them beforehand, it'll wipe out the value.

My screen name is an ancestor who immigrated on the Mayflower, John Howland. He had the distinct misfortune to fall overboard and managed to grab onto a line they trailed behind them as a last hope for anyone so unfortunate and climbed back aboard. It's a miracle that I even exist.

That's very cool.
My Wife is decendant of John Alden who was also on the Mayflower 1620 and was the blacksmith in Plimouth

If you need to get back to zero, I'll buy your 945 at a fair price. Your cost plus $100!
That’s actually pretty tempting.

Will you take the 5 magazines, at $150 per, too?

Qball was a large white domestic short hair cat much like the one pictured. I have pictures of him but none are digital. A rescue I took in back in the early '90's. He was a kitten when I first saw him and it took me about a year to earn his trust. He was a big boy. He died in 2001 after fighting complications from a surgery he had several years earlier.

Lafayette is an unusual first name.
Does it have a story?
My family worked with the Marquis de Lafayettes family in order to smuggle arms to the US during the revolutionary war. Also, again in the other event. Every other generation my family names a boy Lafayette in remembrance,

Thats good info right there.
Might need your family's services if this Big Igloo thing actually kicks off :D

Seriously cool story, bud. That's just neat as heck...

When I was growing up my mother would point someone out in public and say, “ don’t be that guy”. I’m that guy
Why didn’t you listen to her? o_O

I drive a tractor trailer run a CB radio, I was tagged Gunrunner (due to my addiction of running out and buying guns that I dont need all the time) and everybody shortened it to Gunny and my birth year 1970 (gunny70). Not that exciting.

Just found this. .Since I retired several years ago I decided to find something to do. I talked to a friend who was driving cars for several automotive dealerships and asked if he had any need for another driver
His reply was yes. Since I am always armed and travel a lot and my favorite Western growing up was Have gun -will travel that became my screen name when I came to this forum. I was Sigfan on a couple of other forums but it was already in use here.

In middle school and high school I was a DJ for parties and events. While hanging out with other DJs learning how to scratch on vinyl one gave me the name.
