Your screen name?

Mexican kid in my platoon found out my full first name is Chadham. Which is pronounced like Chatham but with a d.

He couldn’t do it and kept saying “Your name is chdamn!” With the emphasis on the damn.
Heh.. sounds like Shazam! right?

I work on heavy equipment for JD, I pretty much work in the quarry's and on logging equipment. Most places I've been have called me "the doc". On the larger jobs in AZ where I was the on-site mechanic they would always ask for the doc, so I just thought heavydoc was fitting

I think I may need to go the way of @NKD (No Kimber Dave) and change my screen name to Just Keep Floating or Just Not Swimming or NSM (No Speedo Mike). I haven't worked out in a pool, without an adult beverage, in years.

Wow, we’re really dusting off an old one here. I’ll play.

My first name is Tripp (not on legal documents, it’s a nickname for someone born a III). My last name is Bafile. My old username is tbafile. Anyhow, if you can pronounce my last name as it was intended you get a prize. Most of the time I get “Baffle” or “Bay File”. I hated the first day of school. It’s actually pronounced like “Buh-Feel”. I didn’t choose the name.

Now, say ”Tripp Bafile”. Doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue, huh? Something about couching those two consonant sounds next to one another that produces a lost, quizzical expression on people‘s faces when I introduce myself. So, most of the time I just say, “hey, I’m Tripp”. Thus, Just Tripp. No inference to acid whatsoever.

As some here already know.....SNAL = Skinny-No-Arse-Larry....a nickname handed out by my Harley brothers due to my outstanding physique tapeworm having ass back in 1999.

I put a lot of thought into it, my middle name.

Result of a disappearing act in my mispent youth - a combo of "He's gone with the wind" and "He escaped like Houdini" uttered simultaneously by two coconspir... I mean, friends.

I heard about it next day -- loudly and with great mirth -- as I was not there at its creation.

I’ve been called special quite a few times and my name starts with K.

In fact, my wife said it to her friend the other day after I came home with a flame thrower...

Her words: “he’s a special kind of man”
My response: “but it has sharks teeth”

There ya have it.

I wrote an essay in college about a dictator and I wrote "evil, mean and nasty" as a definition. The professor slashed through those words and in the margin he wrote "infamous" in bright red and it just stuck with me.

quite a rare version of Chad. I’ve similarly known one Chadam. Even the spell check doesn’t like that one, I actually processed the papers for him to get an official ID at work, so I knew his full name. It was funny to address him in a stern voice by his first and middle name. He looked at me with this puppy dog face and said, “only my mother calls me that”.

It started when I was stationed in VA and went to a "NC style BBQ" restaurant. I had Vinegar based sauce for the first time. Funny part for me at least. Fast forward 6 years when we lived in Ft. Lauderdale, I found a hole in the wall BBQ joint. Specializing in Carolina vinegar base BBQ. Yes, I added a "D" I don't have an answer for that. But I do know that was a treat for us at that time, God is good!

Was messing around with people on aol instant messenger back when i was doing ... TOTALLY legal things to get internet access in maybe '98.
I was making new accounts and screen names all the time.
I think that's where this one came from back when i was like 17 or 18.
I guess I outgrew one of my old screennames that had "kid" in it, and switched to this one at some point.
I'm feeling I need to switch again since this one is currently linked to public record through a non-profit...

I think I’ve shared this already but I’ll go ahead and recap.

When I started playing MMO games I used the screen name Tarawa because as a kid I was fascinated with the battle and the hell the Marines went through taking that island.

Well after a time, people started to shorten it to Tara and I started getting hit on by dudes who thought I was a gamer girl or some nonsense, after about half a dozen incidents I decided I needed to come up with something else, so I decided to play around with the phonetics and came up with Tarowah, so when people shorten the tag, it’s Taro and not Tara.

Mine is a nickname I was given while serving in the Army. I’m 5’8” tall with size 13EEE feet & very large hands ( I wear a size 20 wedding ring). At my peak my forearms measured 17.5” and my biceps at 20”. And I was an animal!
well you beat me. i'm 5'7" and i'm at 11.5EE. and I know i have trouble finding shoes that don't crush my toes...

Short for Hercules first name of an Irish tailor who was an acquaintance of Sam Culper.
