As soon as I get a chance to get in some range time I’ll report back on it.

Yours seems to be a little different than mine. Was it made by Walther? I have really enjoyed shooting mine even though it has a rather firm trigger.

The blue grips in the picture are from a Colt Competition Series pistol.

Yep, mine's the Walther made Colt.

Regarding Umarex....

I hope you never need any repair or warranty on it. They are basically an airsoft company that someone told to make rimfires.
Horrible service.

If I do I'll be contacting Walther since they are the ones who actually made it.

The gun is made by Umarex. They are solid fun shooters.

Walther takes a Umerax blank gun and converts it into a 22LR. Umerax and Walther IIRC share a facility in Germany. They may be serviced by Walther but the “gun” is a Umerax worked over by Walther then then shipped by Umerax to Colt for boxing and shipping to distributors.

I am not trying to rain on your parade but it is what it is. Colt and Walther market it as if it is made from the ground up by Walther but it’s not.

From the Walther website:

“The .22 L.R. version of this handgun is manufactured exclusively by Walther under license from Colt. It is the only genuine Colt tactical rimfire replica available in the world. The timeless platform combined with Walther’s superior craftsmanship results in one of the newest firearms available today.”

Nowhere have I been able to find the name Umarex in connection with the manufacture of this pistol. Please give me a link to where you got your info so I can see for myself.

Thank you!

I am also in no way saying this is not a good gun. It is. I also agree 100% being able to send it to Walther if there is ever a need for warranty work is a plus. The only thing I have ever heard going wrong with these is the firing in breaking which is an easy fix if they just send you the part.
