Word just in from B&M HQ....200 rounds of HELL waiting to be picked up. I'm leaving now...........................
Yes, it blew up the Chrono š¤£ š šBilly, have you ran that load in the Freedom Arms revolver over a chronograph?
Project finished, bagged and tagged ready for pickup..........................Probably better NOT publish Those charges!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What powder and how many grains? Iām guessing that will be a compressed load.We are off to a good start this morning on this project..........................
YES!Night time pictures & video mandatory!!
Its a Lot of Powder.............That's all you get...............I tell you anything further have to make you disappear, then disappear someone else...................and pretty soon no one is left............ HEH HEH..........What powder and how many grains?
The last time I did this for @BatteryOaksBilly was March 2014. It was a 4 inch gun, but 1 inch of that was compensator. In reality, 3 inches of 500 S&W. I first test the 340 CEB Raptor it runs 1641 fps, but is a bit sticky, so I drop the charge.
The next test it ran 1574 fps, and not pleasant at all.
I moved to the 400 gr Solids. I had 5 rounds loaded. I fired 3 and almost dropped the gun and could not hold it any longer. I had pulled a tendon in my right hand. It was 6 months before I could fire a 22 LR Handgun. The tendon did not grow back properly, and is still extended, one can see it and feel it. Today the heaviest revolver load I can shoot is 45 Colt at 950/1000 fps. I can shoot 45 ACP no issues. But nothing heavier. After those last 3 rounds the 400 gr Solids read 1420 fps, from a 3 inch gun.
Now I will leave it up to you guys, you can have all the fun you want. I have everything, and will start putting them together tomorrow..........................
I am sticking to big bore rifles........ Thank you Very Much.
HEH HEH....... And you must have busted the stock off of it too......... Looks like it could be a nice rifle........But you are right, all my little guns have 16 inch barrels, so it is shorter...................@Michael458
It's "only" a 14.5 inch barrel....
Kinda figgered youād have @RS take pics of you shooting some of those wrist snappers!!This is where I get to "CROW" a little...how many people can stop a multi million dollar operation to get some ammo loaded and delivered in less than 24 hours????
Thanks Ole Pard...now we get to watch the results....just as soon as somebody stops by for a visit!!!!

We ran it over the chronograph I had in my truck Sunday. No results. Now I'm starting to think that we should have taken it out of the box and maybe turned it on??Billy, have you ran that load in the Freedom Arms revolver over a chronograph?
Mike worked up a load for 32 H&R Mag that is just a Doll Baby. A 100 grain full wadcutter running 1,000FPS outa 4 inch gun. That thing will crack a turtle's shell in a jiffy. Just got a 4 5/8 Ruger Single Six offa here that should really like that load.Maybe we can get you interested in the 327mag
I saw you get that little ruger. I'm jealous. I think a 327 Mag would make a great little small, medium, possible deer round. I'm going to make a 327 barrel for my nef soonMike worked up a load for 32 H&R Mag that is just a Doll Baby. A 100 grain full wadcutter running 1,000FPS outa 4 inch gun. Mike can make a 327 Mag do crazy stuff but it's just not needed in these fine little guns. Great walkabout guns.
Those aren't holler points, they're ashtrays.
