Chief sir, you are right on with your training for your daily activities! You mimic the movement that you do at work and its working for you.....keep at it!

Here's my reasoning, good or bad. My job requires me to pick product up off the floor regularly. 25-35 lbs at a time. I can't bend at the knees much because you can't get under this stuff and it's heavy to the front. You have to tip it up and just lift it. So it mimics what I have to do at work.
And I'm not too interested in bulking up, just staying in good shape.
Imagine how much lighter 35 pounds would feel if you were used to lifting 200.
If bulking up was as easy as just lifting heavy weights, a lot more people would do it. The two doctors I posted about earlier each weigh about 200 lbs and squat 600. They're jacked, but not that big.

I think irritability is a symptom of low T.not to be a curmudgeon but is this about weight training or low T ? its all good info but have we gotten off point? I seriously feel nature removing me from the gene pool and I am ok with it.. but many of the affects are disheartening

Out of nowhere, I started feeling all the same symptoms you described. I didn't know what was wrong with me. I was 29, but had always felt about 18-21 still. It felt like I had aged 10+ overnight.
Testing found out it was low-t. I was put on the gel and it worked really well, but it made me really irritable. They switched me over to the patches, but they didn't work because they wouldn't stay on (I sweat a lot and this was during summer months). Lastly, they put me on a testosterone pill and that worked better than everything else. But, one day I went to get my refills and was told that the medication can no longer be sourced and that they'd call me when they found a supplier.
Well, months went by, and some more months, and it never came back in. I have an upcoming appointment to get my levels rechecked to see if I need to put back on one of the others or just be given the injections. I feel a lot better than I did at the beginning of all this, but I can tell I'm not back to where I should be.
I would be pushing that. You can’t quit TRT
That's what I told my doctor, that surely it's not healthy to just stop. She says it's no big deal because I'm almost back to normal. Just one reason of many that I'm switching doctors. My current insurance has been giving me nothing but trouble with my T meds and it'll be up to 14 days for them to approve. This has been a very frustrating process to say the least.

^^^ This.Once you start replacement therapy, your natural production slows, since you are replacing it.

Nope. Which one(s) worked for you?Have you tried any of the natural T boosters? If you are not too low it might help. I dropped under the threshold last physical. Changed my diet and exercise, re checked blood work, and T was low end of normal. Started feeling the symptoms this fall and started a natural booster. Night and day difference. I had to cut back to one pill a day they worked so well.

Think of your balls as a testosterone factory. The body keeps phoning the factory and asking for T, and the factory complies. When you're on exogenous T, those calls stop coming. The factory responds by laying off most of the workers and shuttering most of the plant. When the exogenous T stops, that factory cannot immediately ramp back up. This is why guys who cycle steroids use female fertility drugs like clomid post-cycle - to signal the T factory to ramp up operations.
This may overstate the case in your situation, since a TRT level of exogenous T is far less than what guys who are cycling for bodybuilding are using, so your T factory shutdown is likely less pronounced. But you definitely shouldn't stop TRT cold turkey, or you may find yourself crying on the couch while watching a Lifetime movie.
LOL, it wasn't that bad. I just felt like a ticked off zombie. Irritable with zero energy or motivation instead of my usual energetic goofy self.
What does insurance require?Free T is at 327.
Not low enough for what’s considered low by insurance, should be 700
What does insurance require?
My level is 327. Not low enough for insurance, but that of a 60yo
Try these. They call for 2 a day. I had to back off to 1, but it doubles how long they last. Which is nice.

The boron and selenium are what will have the most effect, the selenium is at 50% recommended daily amount.
I've had good results with this one, much higher #'s than than the under the skin pellets that insurance pays $3,600 for. It has about five times the amount of selenium. The L-Citrulline and MK-7 are very helpful as well.
I believe the new formula contains NAC as well, if not, get it, it's inexpensive and works wonders for some, look it up. https://www.amazon.com/NOW-NAC-600-...=UTF8&qid=1521149933&sr=1-4&keywords=NAC&th=1

Are my communication skills lacking again, dag nabbit?A what under the what?
Are my communication skills lacking again?
The top pic is the label from ChiefJason's link, the second is from the link I posted.
Did that help?
Is that edit more gooder? You posted about 2 pills, and talked briefly on a pellet. Lol.
Damn man, is the tumor still there? I hope you are going to be OK!!Ok.
For those with a testosterone problem, consider this.
I was tired in my 40’s, so off to the dr I went. Blood work was done. And T was administered.
Well my insurance got snubbed when the company I worked for closed. So I went off of it.
Finally was able to afford insurance again and went back to the dr.
You guessed it low T. But this time the dr. said he won’t just give me the treatments without knowing why. So they ordered more tests.
Finally figured that a brain tumor the size of my thumb had caused the production to stop just about completely. That thing has been growing for a long time. Maybe if dr. #1 had dug a little deeper, something might have been able to be done. Too late for that now.
Get them to check.
I keep seeing reports of the declining sperm counts. The studies are showing them happening all over the world, across all races, countries and ages. To tell you the truth, I think a lot of Low-T, low count and general malaise that we feel is that we are not doing what we did hundreds of years ago.
We do not forage, fornicate, feast and fist-a-cuffs like we used too. Plus add in all the plastic BPA stuff that everything comes in as well as cubicle life... our bodies are just saying.. nah.. you don't need it.. so why bother?
Or it could be flouridation of water, the biggest commie trick ever perpetrated against the free world by polluting our precious bodily fluids.
Is that true for the less developed countries in Asia, Africa and S. America?I keep seeing reports of the declining sperm counts. The studies are showing them happening all over the world, across all races, countries and ages.

It’s 100% on what we are eating.
The gross (pun intended) increase of Asian ladyboys indicates so.Is that true for the less developed countries in Asia, Africa and S. America?
Skeerd?I was going to make a joke about giving the vitamin D but I won’t.
If you are serious about getting you T levels up... you need to start with your diet...plain and simple, otherwise you are just wasting money.
You need to find any eliminate soy, trans fats, flax seed, vegetable oils and a ton of other stuff from your diet.

Eat clean, move, lift heavy things, have sex = increased T levels.
