Was in the market for a deep concealment pocket type pistol. Bought the Ruger LCP II. Experienced 1 Failure to Eject in a 112 round session. It was on the first mag 3rd shot, pistol straight out the box. Everything after that was smooth. 100 rounds of federal fmj, and 12 rounds of Hornady FTX.
Got to go buy more 380. Cleaned it last night. I’ll run another 100 today, and if no Failures I’ll chalk it up to a fluke, new break in etc. I will say these are much better than the old LCP’s, TCP’s and Keltecs as far as shooting them. Much more shootable with a decent trigger for such a small pocket pistol, and slightly better sights. I like that the slide locks back on this little pistol. Front sight will need a little paint.
