My wife has a 2012 IS250 with the F-sport package.

A chunk of something flew up from behind another vehicle and damaged whatever this piece is called.

I haven't looked for one yet, but she's scoured the internet and had had no luck. She wants a new one.

If you know what this is actually called and have a source for one that you could link, that would be great.

Painted or unpainted doesn't matter.

That can be easily repaired. Any bodyshop can fix/paint that in no time.
 
I believe it is called a cowl, cowling, or valance.
