I'm just curious if anyone here shoots and/or reloads for this round. It seems like it could be fun to play with but I'm not sure it has much of a place for me. Maybe a short range deer round but that would be about it outside of just target shooting.
 
I recently bought a Marlin 94 in 25-20. I imagine 25-35 would be a similar low recoil, accurate round. The Jordan Buck was taken with a 25-20, so a 25-35 could be a deer cartridge. It's kinda like a wimpy 243, but better'n a 357 magnum or a 44-40.

What rifle?

(Probably a pre-64 Win 94 or a post 2005 Miroku Win 94... but Remington, Marlin & Savage made 'em as well.)

When I was a kid, my dad had a 25-20 Winchester that was a lot of fun to shoot. Maybe one day I will own one.
 
@MacEntyre , I don't have a rifle yet and I don't know if I ever will. I just got interested in the little round when I started learning about it. I always seem to get interested in odd calibers.
