I will have 7.62mm / 6.8x51mm speedload pouches coming out shortly for the US Army, once in the market place you can order them.
I would tell you that the 5.11 Tactac chest rig is great.
Personally, I would buy a simple MOLLE chest rig and MOLLE the pouches you want.
I like some of Raptors stuff too.

I own this rig in the non heavy version. Very happy w it, although in fairness I haven’t put the rig through much use just LARPing around the house.

Having the straps come down behind the buckles is nice. Reduces pressure and pinch points between the wearer and the load being borne.
Tactical Tailor also makes some decent rigs, good quality and large selection of various pouches to customize it
