From the Greenville Daily Reflector website:

Thirty-three firearms valued at more than $16,000 were stolen from Dunham's Sports at Greenville Mall, according to Greenville Police Department reports.
An incident report from the department said the theft took place about 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 10 at the store, 714 S.E. Greenville Blvd. Officers were alerted to the scene by the activation of an alarm in the store, a spokesman said.
Three shotguns, 12 rifles and 18 handguns of various makes were stolen. They are valued at a total of $16,500. The store was closed at the time of the theft, and the suspect or suspects disabled the store's internal camera system, the spokesman said. It is unclear how many parties were involved.

Do most gun stores lock everything up in a safe at night? Like jewelers do. Or do they leave stuff in the display cases? That’s an insane amount of guns to break in and grab if they were locked up.

It seems news orgs still have no clue the interwebs reached out past their eyesight.
Greeneville… NC, SC, TN, or somewhere else?

Guess we will have to watch for them at Raleigh this weekend, but chances are they were fenced less than 24 hours after they were stolen. Probably out of state by now.

Here is one robbery, in and out in under a minute.

The MSM regularly informs me that they all end up in Chicago. 🤣

I thought the point on concrete posts was to be too narrow for a car to fit through.

Worth a heck of a lot more on the black market in a northern hell hole that's the truth.

You would think common sense or a storage law would have them locked up but unfortunately, many gun stores don't and only use glass, minor steel bars and electronics to protect their guns.

Hell thats about the only way to get your hands on a gun at Dunhams. They suck but still, sucks to be them
Like you say, it sucks for them, but I got to where I don't look at guns there due to having to dig out a driver's license just to hold one.

UPDATE: 2 arrests have been made in the case according to the Greenville NC Daily Reflector. No firearms have been recovered. Neither of the suspects worked at Dunham's.
if somebody told them how to disable the security then somebody inside was working with them. maybe not "on" the job, but definitely getting a something out of the job
